WACO, Texas (May 14, 2026) – Xavier University of Louisiana’s season has concluded after a NAIA National Men’s Tennis Championship Round-of-16 4-3 loss to Morningside (Iowa) on May 13.
WACO, Texas (May 13, 2026) - Xavier University of Louisiana is the only Red River Athletic Conference team to qualify for the 74th Annual UTR Sports NAIA Men's Tennis National Championship, held May 13-16 at the Mobile Tennis Center in Mobile, Ala. (the 2020 event was canceled due to COVID-19).
WACO, Texas (April 13, 2026) – Nereo Suarez from No. 9 Xavier (La.) has been selected as the RRAC Male Tennis Player of the Week, and No. 8 LSU Alexandria’s Nahia Echaide as Female Tennis Player of the Week for the dates of April 6-12. This is the ninth set of weekly winners for the 2026 RRAC tennis season.
WACO, Texas (April 6, 2026) – The RRAC has selected No.7/No. 1 (ITA) Xavier’s (La.) Nereo Suarez as Men’s Tennis Player of the Week and No. 6/No. 1 (ITA) Maja Brnic as Women’s Tennis Player of the Week for the dates of March 30-April 5.
