Change Request Form
RRAC - Request to Change a Scheduled Conference Contest
In order for the RRAC to review requests to change scheduled conference contests this form must be submitted by the host(s) institution. It is required that the host Athletic Director submit the request. It is assumed by the RRAC office that all schools affect by the request have been communicated with and agree to the proposed changes. In the case of multiple affected schools/hosts, one AD may submit the form on behalf of all schools.
