Notes: Thorseth won his third tournament of the year on March 11-12, at Comanche Trace Golf Club in Kerrville, Tx. Thorseth shot a 3 under par 69 on day one and was tied for the lead with Louis Flynn of Our Lady of the Lake U. Peter's round featured 3 birdies and on eagle. His eagle came on the 9th hole of the Hills course, where he hit an 8 iron on his second shot to four feet. On day two, he made five birdies en route to a -2 under par 70. Thorseth finished two strokes ahead of Our Lady of the Lake's Steve Landry. The golf course was very hilly, with large undulating greens that were in great shape. Weather was cool both days, high's in the high 50's/low 60's, with 10-15 mph winds. Thorseth has now won 5 tournaments individually for the U. of St. Thomas over his career, which is a school record.
