LSUS vs. LSUA and OLLU vs. XULA On Slate for RRAC Women's Soccer Semifinals

WACO, Texas (Nov. 10, 2025) – The semifinals round of the 2025 RRAC Women's Soccer Championship on Nov. 10 will be between top-seed LSU Shreveport vs. fourth-seed LSU Alexandria at 11 a.m. and third-seed Our Lady of the Lake (Texas) vs. second-seed Xavier (La.) at 1:30 p.m. The matches take place on Nov. 10 and are hosted by Texas A&M-Texarkana at the Judy Kelley Morgan Field.

Xavier vs. OLLU
Monday, Nov. 10, 11 a.m.

Second-seed XULA, which had a first-week bye, finished the regular season with 66 goals and 54 assists for a record of 9-2-4 and 8-0-3 in conference. The team won eight of its last 11 games, with two of the 11 ending in 0-0 ties and one in a 2-2 draw. The Gold Rush has outscored conference opponents 62-4.

Keeper Luisa Bella's record is 6-2-4 and has 34 saves and six shutouts. Samira Roper leads her team with 63 shots, 40 on goal. She also leads the conference with 25 goals and is fourth in shots with 60 and in shots on goal with 39. Juliana Kottbauwer is fourth in the conference with nine assists.

Head Coach Ashley Cordeiro leads the Gold Rush.

 

OLLU shut out Texas A&M-Victoria in the quarterfinals round on Nov. 6, at home. The Saints scored four goals, with two from Hannah Brookfield, one from Eleonora Diversi, and one from Leah Tapia. Anisia Serrano and Sara Garza added assists. Diversi led the team with four shots, all on goal. London Suarez earned the clean sheet. She now has a record of 8-2-2.

Team leaders include Eleonora Diversi, third in the conference with 16 and is fourth with eight assists. She is also tied for first in shots with 77 and is third in shots on goal with 44.

Second-year Head Coach Lee Williams leads the Saints.


LSU Shreveport vs. LSU Alexandria
Monday, Nov. 10, 1:30 p.m.

LSU Shreveport earned a first-week bye after capturing the RRAC regular season with a 10-1 record. The Pilots are 11-6 overall. The team has tallied 67 goals, 45 assists, and 288 shots. LSUS won 10 of its last 11 games. The Pilots' only conference loss was to Xavier, 2-1.

Jade Derks leads LSUS with 13 goals, and she is tied for first with 11 assists. Halee Hernandez is the team leader in shots with 44, 22 on goal. Keeper Elena Lopez leads her team in saves with 76.

Head Coach Andy Kaplan leads LSUS.

 

LSU Alexandria qualified for the semifinals after knocking off Texas A&M-Texarkana in the opening round, 3-2 in double overtime. Alexia Bermejo Jo scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in the second overtime period. Teammates Sacha Backus and Ariana Lowenstein scored the other two goals.

Bermijo Jo leads her team with 13 goals. Justice Richardson has a team-leading six assists. Sara Escribano tops her team with 48, 26 on goal. Keeper Meike van Straten has tallied 31 saves.

Head Coach Mark Hammond leads the team.


The winner of the match will advance to the 2025 RRAC Women's Soccer Championships on Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 1 p.m., at Judy Kelley Morgan Field, hosted by TAMUT.
