OLLU's Pena takes first place, RRAC runner of the week recognition
WACO, Texas – Valeria Pena of Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) claimed the RRAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week award for Oct. 23-29. This is the eighth and final award of the 2023 cross country season.
Pena took first place at the Texas A&M University-Kingsville dual meet on Friday. The freshman from Laredo, Texas, set a new school record in the two-mile distance at 12:07.
